1. Preface
Since it has become obvious that the secret society Illuminati (note1.1) has been plotting to reduce greatly the World Population and implant a microchip in a human body, calling this New World Order (note 1.2, 1.3), moreover establish One World Government and control the residue (note 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, for reference: note 1.9, 1.10), we did work as written below to obstruct to be reduced and implanted microchips.
In consequence, as these effects began to appear and it has become to a situation that we can say that reducing the world population and the implantation of the microchip could be obstructed, I would like to report these various results together.


2. The Reduction Number of the World Population
The target that total population of the nations of the world shall "maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature" was inscribed on the Georgia Guidestones (note 2.1) that had been erected in Georgia of the U.S.A. by the builders of the Freemason.
When we ground on the world population at this year of 6,800,000,000 (the Bureau of Statistics USA, July 2009), 6,300,000,000 will come to be exterminated.


3. The Means of Reduction of the World Population
As the means to reduce the world population, the following items are advocated in "Disclosure - The History of Banking." (note 3.1)

# Wars, Famine, Disease, DNA manipulation, Food

It is thought that the wars mean to have them occur catching every possible chances and finally to start the World War 3.
It is thought that the famine means to cause foods shortage with occurring the artificial drought and unusual weather by their weather manipulation.
It is thought that the disease means the mass genocide with having the mass outbreak of diseases by artificial viruses which were developed by DNA manipulation.
It is thought that the food means, with producing seeds through their application of DNA manipulation - genetically modified seeds -, their plot to reduce population through the mass sterilization - the reduction of man sperm - by genetically modified foods.


4. The Obstruction of World War 3
The Illuminati, an organization of international financial group led by Khazarian who had converted to Judaism, worships Lucifer who has been called Satan, and this Lucifer had plotted to cause the World War three times and had sent the vision to a member of the Illuminati, and a hidden history exists that the Illuminati and its subordinate organizations (the following: the world powers of the darkness) had carried out as planned until the second time. (Note 4.1)

And in the fall of 2005, it turned out that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon (in those times) had a plan, warmed up to the plan of attacking Iran with the United States by the end of March 2006, and was likely to take action, so the freshly completed "Cleaning of Spirit" was applied to Lucifer since the fall of 2005 to the spring of the following year. (Completed on March 8, 2006. Note 4.2)

As a result, on March 21, 2006 President of the U.S. George W. Bush (in those times) presented that the U.S. would cancel the attack on Iran. If the U.S. attack, which had progressed to Afghanistan and Iraq, had reached Iran, Israel and the U.S. vs. Russia and China would surely run into the World War III, because, since the 1980's, China had been providing Iran with nuclear technology such as a small sized nuclear reactor, and 1996, had provided Iran with plan for a uranium conversion facility, and 1990, Russia had established a joint research institute in Iraq to provide Russian nuclear experts and technical information, and had provided civilian nuclear technology.

After all, as Israel bombed and destroyed Iraq's nuclear facilities when it was held in doubt of nuclear weapon's development by Iraq at one time, and since Iran is suspected of nuclear weapon's development, Israel will at first try to bomb and destroy Iran's nuclear facilities. It is clear that this will engender the anger of Russia and China.

It shall be noted that the 9.11 terrorist attacks were the trigger making for the start of World War III and were similar stage settings as the attack on Pearl Harbor. When it comes to the 9.11 attacks made the citizens of United States angry against Arab states and Muslims, President Bush declared the attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq through exploiting this anger.


5. Prevention from Famine Outbreak by Weather Manipulations
It is likely that the study experiment of the weather modification by the two countries was conducted for the cold war era of U.S. and Soviet, and that are things with it has been signed and sealed an agreement of the effect that "the both sides agree not to use a weather modification as a weapon for the other country" by the United States and the former Soviet Union in 1972 (note 5.1), according to Dr. John Coleman.

It is considered that, by this weather modification, it has huge weather system produce in the much remoter place by the electromagnetic waves emitted from a transmitter for weather modifications and has accumulation ability (note 5.2). Specifically, it seems to be able to have abnormal weather occur by an extremely low frequency (ELF) radiation.

After that, Department of Defense-led facilities on the pretence of HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) operated in the United States, and it is said that the basic purpose of this HAARP was a kind of weapon deployment plan, and was to create shields of the heat on the earth scale for the ICBM which came flying, by doing this a tie-in for a weather modification in the sky of the enemy country's area (note 5.3).

However, as the artificial drought and unusual weather has been occurred by weather manipulation with HAARP and GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) Towers of the military facilities of a certain country, and with Chemtrails that were produced by the Aerosol Operations of the military of a certain country (note 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 5.11), it is considered that the dark powers are intending to cause famine by weather manipulation to achieve population reduction.

Then, the following negative energies (note5.12) were applied "Cleaning of Spirit".
(1) The negative energy who influenced the director of HAARP operation (Executed on August 19, 2009)
(2) The negative energy who influenced the director of aerosol operation (Checked on August 20, 2009. For details, see "8. Prevention of the Others (2) Aerosol Operation")
(3) The negative energy who influenced the director of GWEN Towers operation (Executed on November 8, 2009)
Therefore, it is expected that malicious weather manipulation will not do through HAARP, GWEN Towers and the aerosol operation hereafter and so the artificial famine event by them will not occur.


6. Obstruction of the Disease Outbreak with the Artificial Viruses used
In late years a chemical biological weapon has been used as casualties means at the time of the war, and the development study has been continued.

However, at the recent years, it is considered that highly toxic artificial viruses, which are not present in nature, were developed through manipulation with DNA of viruses by certain research institute of certain country and they might be using those as a biological weapon to people in order to genocide us. (note 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5)

According to the Dr. John Coleman, the following contents are revealed.

The source of quotation is the book that was translated the literary work of Dr. Coleman into Japanese from English, and I shall refrain from displaying it due to the corruption of text after all the quoted part is not translated, so I will assume that you would understand .

Because it was thought that dusting the artificial virus with the planes was really carried out other than intentional mixture of the artificial virus to the vaccine, for the usage of the artificial virus (note 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14, 6.15, 6.16, 6.17), so the following actions were done about each. (note 6.18)

(1) Spraying the Artificial Viruses
The negative energy, who influenced the director of spraying the artificial viruses, was cleaned (August 20, 2009). Therefore, it is expected that the artificial viruses will not be sprayed hereafter. (note 6.19, 6.20, 6.21, 6.22)

(2) Intentional Mixture of the Artificial Viruses in a Vaccine
The negative energy, who influenced the director of mixing the artificial viruses in a vaccine, was cleaned (August 27, 2009). Therefore, it is expected that the artificial viruses will not be mixed in a vaccine hereafter.

(3) Development of the Artificial Virus
The negative energy, who influenced the director of the development of the artificial virus for genocidal purpose, was cleaned (October 8, 2009). Therefore, it is expected that the artificial virus will not be developed hereafter.


7. Blocking of Gene Manipulation Seed Development Production
Genetically-modified seeds are produced by seminal DNA manipulation, and the genetically-modified crops are produced by the seed, and genetically-modified food is made from the crops. However, it is said that the sperm decrease of the man happens when this genetically-modified food is took in. (note 7.1, 7.2)

Therefore, as a method of the population reduction with the food, it is thought that it is planned that a genetically-modified seed is made widely available, and the genetically-modified crops and genetically-modified food are distributed, and mass sterilization is plotted. (note 7.3)

Then, the following negative energies were cleaned.
(1) The negative energy who influenced the director of producing genetically manipulated seeds. (Executed on November 9, 2009)
(2) The negative energy who influenced the director of developing genetically manipulated seeds. (Executed on November 24, 2009)
(3) The negative energy who influenced the director of diffusing genetically manipulated seeds in order to sterilize. (Executed on November 26, 2009)
Consequently, it is expected that genetically manipulated seeds will not be developed and produced hereafter.


8. Obstruction of Microchip, Chemtrail, the Artificial Earthquake
(1) Obstruction of Implanting microchip
The Illuminati has been plotting to implant a microchip in a human body. (note 1.7, 1.8)
Then, we cleaned the negative energy who influenced the director of the electronic implant implantation. (Executed on October 20, 2009)
Therefore, it is expected that the implantation of the electronic implant (microchip) will not be carried out.

(2) Obstruction of Dusting Toxic Substances
It seems that harmful substances to a human body are contained in Chemtrails ensued from the Aerosol Operation. That is to say, it is thought that the toxic substances have been dusted all over the world by the Aerosol Operation. (note 5.8~5.11, 6.9~6.14)

Then, "The negative energy who influenced the director of aerosol operation" was checked on August 20, 2009, and it became clear that the energy was already not in the negative conditions.

Therefore, it is guessed that "The negative energy who influenced the director of spraying artificial viruses" who was done cleaning just before this check and mentioned above 6.(1) and "The negative energy who influenced the director of aerosol operation" is the same presence.

After all, it is expected that malicious aerosol operation (chemtrails) will not be committed hereafter, so that it is expected that malicious toxic substances will not be dusted.

(3) Obstruction of Causing the Artificial Earthquake
There are some reports that the earthquakes might be occurred artificially by HAARP with the comparisons of frequencies' changes of the electric magnetic waves emitted by HAARP and the earthquakes occurred circumstances in Japan.

Concerning this matter, as "the Negative Energy who influenced the director of HAARP operator" was cleaned according to the explanation above 5., it is expected that the artificial earthquakes with the combination of the negative energy at this time and the operation's director might be occurred will not be.

However, it was regrettable that the Great Earthquake Disaster of East Japan was occurred afterwards.
On this problem, an additional explanation was complemented in the next "9. An Additional Explanation of the HAARP Relation".

In addition, the earthquake in New Zealand was also caused before the great earthquake disaster of East Japan in 2011, and HAARP chart is shown as the evidence that this was man made disaster. (note 8.1)


9. An Additional Explanation of the HAARP Relating
Negative ETs (Greys) are regarded that they cooperated with research and development etc. of the ultra-tech in the area 51st class and so on of the United States. However, from August to December 2009, I executed a ream of cleaning concerning the plots of the Earth scale by the Illuminati as a part of the world population reduction, as a start on these cleanings. Then I remember that I contacted with the following information in the month of November: "Greys left the Earth all at once."

That is, the Grey is also assorted in the negative energy (note 9.1) and when I cleaned a certain Grey who had instructed and helped a certain technology, for example, the technology concerning "weather manipulation by HAARP", as the Grey would change from negative (evil) to positive (good), he should become not to instruct the technology of "weather manipulation by HAARP" which has the evil purpose. Moreover, as I cleaned several negative energies in a series of cleanings on this occasion, I am thinking that they might have left the Earth for some reason.

Particularly, concerning the weather manipulation that used the HAARP, though El Nino- Southern Oscillation phenomenon in the tropical Pacific Ocean was usually observed, the UN released the following information in 2010: "El Nino will not appear from next year." After all, this shows that Dr. John Coleman was correct in having written: "I am thinking that the HAARP surely played an important role in El Nino weather regulation plan. (note 9.2)", and it is considered that Grey might have guided and assisted this thing.

But, I had not been thinking that Greys were included in the cleaning objects at a point of August 2009, after I knew that Greys had become not found in November, though I felt that "Cleaning of Spirit" had become the opportunity of it, I refrained from making the fact public, because I had no conclusive evidences. But, in consequence I drove Greys out of the Earth, it seems that they became not to be able to generate El Nino by the manipulation of the weather and occur the malfunction weather. Besides, it is considered that the purpose of causing the malfunction weather was to make cause droughts and starve mass to death, in short, it was a part of decreasing the world population.

However, it is thought whether a technique of the artificial earthquake by HAARP is that it has been already acquired because it is thought that East Japan great earthquake disaster of March 11, 2011 is an artificial earthquake using HAARP (note 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6). That is to say, the thing is that a director who has the purpose of the artificial earthquake induction and the negative energy who influenced the director have existed other than explained in 8. (3). Therefore I added the following cleaning and performed it to prevent the induction of the artificial earthquake after the East Japan great earthquake disaster.

Then, though a little too late, as I cleaned the negative energy that had tempted a person who had directed to induce the earthquake in Eastern Japan (it was executed on March 12 - 15, 2011) and cleaned a negative energy that had tempted a person who had directed an artificial earthquake near New Madrid fault line in U.S.A. (it was executed on May 11 - 27, 2011), it is expected that at least the directions of the artificial earthquake by the combination of both persons and both negative energies with HAARP will not be given hereafter.


10. In Closing
It is thought that Lucifer (the name above the ground : Satan) had been the existence as the compass for the Illuminati and the substructure of it (the dark powers).

I think whether it was in 2009, but it can be learned because revelation information was placed in the blog of Mr. Benjamin fulford that a person concerned in the secret government of the United States, the committee of 18, who visited a certain Shinto shrine in Japan, confessed, "I became unable to channel between Satan since 2005, so we stopped finding out what we might do as the secret government."(note 10.1)

From this, it is considered that Lucifer had a strong possibility not to concern with the dark powers at the early stage of cleaning him, so it is possible to say that they had lost the compass because of cleaning and missed sight of the direction where they should advance to.

Besides, many people have a question about the effects of cleaning the negative energy, but Lucifer is also the negative energy, and it is possible to say that it had certain effects because we could stop intended attacking Iran at least by our cleaning of Lucifer moreover it is guessed that he broke off with the dark powers at the early stage of cleaning.

In brief, even if the negative energy has been tempting a person to do an evil thing, it is the case that we can let the energy stop from doing such a thing by cleaning the negative energy, and doing it in a positive, good state.

Therefore, as we could obstruct to start the World War 3 by having cleaned negative energy, it seems that other reduction acts and the implantation of the microchip are having been obstructed by having cleaned negative energies to be concerned with other means to reduce the world population and the implantation of the microchip, then it is thought that the reduction of the world population based on New World Order and the establishment of One World Government became impossible.

10.1 When this information is not demagogic story, it is guessed that the Government of United States has double power structures and the back (dark) Government, which had been gaining the indications from the king of demons Satan until 2005, had been ordering the front Government or the administrative organ, for the Illuminati, which is a secret society worshiping Satan and centered by Jewish plutocracy, has been controlling almost the whole world nowadays, it is considered that the American dark Government, the Committee of 18, is also a substructure of it.

Moreover, as FRB is a private company and printing paper money, handing it to the Government, taking interest from the Government, FRB is on the Government.
It is guessed that the dark Government, the Committee of 18, is formed of the FRB persons concerned and the partners of them.
